How do I know what design services I need?

How do I request a quote?

What time and days do you work?

We typically work 9-5, Monday to Friday but you can send us an email or chat us on our social accounts (details at the bottom of the page) and we'll respond to you within 24 hours.

What is the payment process?

Before we can start our amazing work together, we'd require a 50% deposit that can be made via bank transfer or PayPal (we will not be paying for PayPal transfer fee).

How do you work?

Once we've agreed to work together, ETdesign team will send email you all the details regarding the timeline, regular updates, etc. When we've completed a task, we will schedule a video call to present the work to you or if you prefer to view on your own time, everything can be sent to you. Easy, we are flexible. Just let us know!

How do I give feedback?

Simple, we work around your schedule and what works better for you. We welcome any feedback you have.

Will there be additional fee?

No, we will not be charging any additional fees, unless stated in the quote or invoice.

At the end of a project, what files will ETdesign provide to us?

We will provide all the necessary files for you and your team to use. If there is a specific file type you need, you can always request it from us.

What if I don't know what I need or want to do or how to do it?

Can I ask for a refund if I decided to cancel the project?

Unfortunately, you'll need to pay for all the work that's been done even if you've decided to stop working on a project which we've already started.
